Bring (Towel, Swimsuit, Sun Screen, Water, Lots of Energy, and Great Attitude)
Please allow 2.5 hours for total experience (1.5 of actual instruction)
We start at a beach of your choice with 30 minutes beach instruction
(Any and all questions answered)
When everyone is comfortable 1 hour of water (fun) instructions (fun time)

Ocean safety and surf etiquette
All basic techniques and strategies (i.e. paddling for and catching waves)
Standing up on a wave
There will be time to practice on your own
